Following An Accident
|
- Stop your vehicle.
- If possible, move your vehicle off the road, where if it is
safe and legal.
- Turn off your vehicles ignition.
- Notify Police,
- If you are injured, seek medical attention.
- Secure Police report.
- Report the accident to your insurance company.
- Never make a written or oral statement to the other
drivers insurance company without permission from your
insurance company.

- License plate number and state issued.
- The names of any witnesses to the accident.
